AI adoption support for in-house design teams

Make cutting-edge AI design your team's standard.

Research, ideation, prototyping, production, review. The way AI is used in design work changes every few months. We teach your designers the methods that work in real projects today, then build them into your organization's workflows and rules so they stick. Learning and adoption, handled in a single engagement.

For teams of 5–50 designersTBD Timeline Assessment from 2 weeks; rollout around 3 monthsTBD Format Primarily online

The challenge

The tools are in.
The work hasn't changed.

When AI adoption stalls in a design organization, the cause is often not which tools were chosen, but that the organization has never agreed on how to use them.

01

It's been left to the team, and skill levels vary widely

Leadership says “use AI to work more efficiently,” but how to do it is left to whoever is assigned. What your strongest users know stays with them, and nothing is set up for the team as a whole.

02

No one can tell how far they're allowed to go

Copyright, confidential information, client contracts. With no rules in place, your most careful designers are the ones left unable to use it.

03

No clear picture of which work it should be used for

AI suits some stages of the process better than others, yet experimentation happens ad hoc.

04

Investment decisions on which AI to pay for keep stalling

With so many similar services, it's hard to decide where the budget should go. “It feels faster” isn't enough to make the case to leadership, so building the right setup keeps getting pushed back.

05

Things move too fast to keep track of what actually works in practice

New tools and methods keep arriving. But with a full workload, there's no time to test which ones are genuinely useful.

What you need isn't a tool tutorial.
It's methods that work today, and a system that keeps them going.

Two pillars of support

Learn it, then make it stick.

Updating how each designer works, and turning that into how the organization works. We believe AI rarely takes hold if you do only one of the two.

01

Learn the leading edge
of AI in design work

Your team learns methods that work in practice today, through live demos and hands-on sessions built around your own projects. This isn't a feature tour: we cover where in the design process to use AI, how to use it, and where people still need to make the call.

Live demosHands-onRegular updates
02

Roll it out
and make it stick

We turn what your team has learned into team workflows, usage guidelines and impact measurement. The goal is for it to be something the organization can sustain, not a skill held by a few people.

Topics we coverTBD

Topics are revised to reflect the state of things at the time of each engagement, and are chosen from what your guide has tested in real work. [Replace with the topics and tools actually offered]

What we offerTBD

Start at the stage you need.
Combine the rest.

We combine what you need from three stages, based on where your organization is today. You can also engage us for just the assessment or just a workshop.

STEP 1

Assessment

Decide where to start

  • Interviews with designers and managers
  • Inventory of work processes and where AI could help
  • Review of current usage and risks
  • A proposed adoption plan with clear priorities
Duration2–4 weeksTBD
FeeFrom ¥[ ]TBD
STEP 3

Ongoing support

Support until your team can run it on its own

  • Monthly check-ins, plus help whenever you need it
  • Regular update sessions on new methods and tools
  • Help evaluating new tools and deciding whether to adopt them
  • Designing impact measurement, running retrospectives, and developing internal champions
DurationMonthly contractTBD
FeeFrom ¥[ ]/monthTBD

One-off workshop: “The Leading Edge of Design × AI”TBD

For teams who want to try the latest methods together first. A live demo and a short hands-on session introduce methods that work in practice today.

LengthHalf a day to 1 dayTBD FeeFrom ¥[ ]TBD

Fees depend on the size of your organization and the scope of support. We'll provide a quote after talking with you. Prices are planned to be shown excluding tax.TBD

What we create together (examples)

  • AI opportunity map
  • Adoption plan and priorities
  • Stage-by-stage workflows and prompt library
  • Internal usage guidelines
  • Impact metrics

How your team learns (examples)

  • Live demos of your guide at work
  • Hands-on work on your own real projects
  • Shared playbooks, prompts and recordings
  • Support running internal study sessions

A good fit for

  • Teams of around 5–50 designersTBD
  • Already using AI tools, or considering them
  • Both designers and managers can be involved

What we don't do

  • Producing design work on your behalf
  • Selling or reselling specific tools
  • Legal judgments (we recommend consulting a specialist)

How it works

First, tell us where you are.

In a free consultation, we'll learn about your current situation and goals. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you so plainly.

  1. Free consultation

We learn about your organization, its challenges, and how it uses AI today.

    About 60 minutesTBD
  2. Proposal and quote

We send a proposal covering scope, timeline and fees.

About 1 week after the consultationTBD
  3. Assessment

Through interviews and an inventory of your work, we set priorities for adoption.

    2–4 weeksTBD
  4. Learning and rollout

Your team learns leading-edge methods, tries them on selected work, and turns them into workflows and guidelines.

    2–3 monthsTBD
  5. Review and embedding

We review what changed before and after adoption, and put in place the structure to keep it going in-house.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee results?

No, we don't guarantee results. Outcomes depend on your organization's situation and how it approaches the work. That's why we agree with you on what to measure before rollout, and track the changes as we go.

Can we book just a training or workshop?

Yes. You can start with a one-off workshop to try the latest methods, and then consider rolling them out across your organization.TBD

AI changes so fast. Won't what we learn go out of date quickly?

How individual tools work will keep changing. So we focus on ways of thinking that still apply when the tools change: which stages to use AI in, and where people make the call. Ongoing support also includes regular sessions that update your team on new methods.TBD

Can we talk to you if we haven't adopted any AI tools yet?

Yes. We can help before adoption, starting with which work to try first and what rules you'll need.

Do we have to use a specific AI tool?

No. We work from the tools you already use and your internal constraints. We don't sell or resell any specific tools.

Can you advise on copyright and information security?

We support you in drafting internal usage guidelines and help you sort out the key issues. However, we can't make legal judgments, so please have your legal department or a specialist do the final review.

How much time will we need to set aside?

For the adoption program, we ask your internal lead for about [ ] hours a week, and participating members for time to attend training and test methods.TBD We'll explain the details during the consultation.

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. We can sign one before the interviews.TBD

Can people outside the design team take part?

Yes. When PMs, engineers and others who work with designers join in, it's easier to look at the workflow end to end.
